The Core of High-Performance Timing Belts: Our Three-Layer Engineering Structure
To build this product, our R&D team optimized the materials and technology of each layer, and the three-layer structure works together to maximize performance:
1. Outer Layer: Chloroprene Rubber Belt Body
We select high-grade chloroprene rubber as the belt body substrate. It has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and anti-aging performance. Even in a wide temperature range from -20℃ to 80℃, it can maintain elasticity and dimensional stability, while resisting the erosion of cleaners and ozone, and will not deform after long-term use.
2. Middle Layer: Glass Fiber Tension Core
The core of the belt is the high-strength glass fiber cord core, which provides super tensile strength and flex fatigue resistance, with extremely low elongation under load. Even after millions of bends, it can maintain the accuracy of the tooth pitch, without stretching and lengthening, ensuring that the step accuracy after 1000 hours of operation is exactly the same as after 1 hour of operation.
3. Inner Layer: Nylon Tooth Fabric
The special nylon fabric on the tooth surface, on the one hand, protects the rubber tooth surface from the wear of pulley meshing, on the other hand, provides a low-friction meshing interface, making the operation smoother and quieter, and greatly extending the service life of the belt.
